WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Fine Finish Concrete Services quality guarantee is that you will be happy or at the very least satisfied with our service, and that all our work will be done according to the rules and guidelines we follow. All work will conform with all building codes and perform as it should.

Fine Finish Concrete will not be held liable for any failure or damage to concrete, buildings or persons from: weather, chemicals, ground movement, cracking, use, abuse, vandalism, lack of maintenance, lifespan of concrete or any other damages that may occur during or after the pour. If the footprints are ours we are liable if they belong to someone else owner/payer is responsible for their property.

In the event we are liable for deficiency stated in our faulty placing guideline/ codes/ blueprints ect. We will not be held liable for more than the purchase price of our labor and we will be the contractor to carry out required repair or repairs.

We reserve the right to remove any unpaid material or labor completed. The materials placed on any property is solely the responsibility of the property owner/ customer.

We reserve the Right to Charge up to 50% Payment upon arrival, final payment after half work completion.

We reserve the right to showcase pictures of ALL work completed. Including the 5 and 10 year follow up pictures.

The views expressed in this website are our own, we will not be held liable for any misinterpretation of them, or if they contradict with any other information.

Cash prices- Are subject to discount of aprox .50 cents sq ft depending on size and type of work requested. To be discussed on site.

Please note you are agreeing you are responsible for any and all taxes, deductions ect. owed or payable to CCRA/ GST/ PST/ EI. From that job!

At the discount price, home owner/ general is responsible for all and any damages or losses/ injuries. There are certain things expected of the owner/ general at discount/ cash prices, any taping or poly on walls to be done by owner/ general ( We do 4' up as protection ) at rate price. Tape along bottom expected to be proper and adhered properly so it can't fall into cement. We use 3M stucco tape. We can do without tape and poly but some cleaning may be needed and done the following or same day if possible, responsibility of owner/ general.

Water and proper lighting are expected to be available. All above are part of the discount and to be done by owner/ general.

You can not change from cash to bill after pour. This must be done prior to start-up. If bill is requested you will be paying full rates along with PST/ GST ect.

Any extra work will be billed accordingly as per price list. We are basically your employees, and if all is lost we take no responsibility from weather or mechanical breakdowns ect. We will not be held liable for more than labor amount of job, and only if fault of Fine Finish Concrete.

Example: We pour and somehow leave poor quality less than what specified we will repair and damages at no cost.

If however we pour and weather turns bad or someone damages it, we do all we can at a small charge or even free but this is not covered nor our fault. Please have course of construction insurance in place. Again responsibility of owner/ general. The owner/ general is the payer.

-If we are requested to quote for cheap (poor finish) or level 1 finish then its changed to (flawless finish) or level 4, the difference of work will be charged accordingly. Please refer to price guide. ( be aware price guide will change due to market prices so prices might not be the same as shown )

ie. Barn floor- level 1 $0.75 sq ft

     Barn floor- level 2 $1.00 sq ft

     Shop floor- level 3 $1.50 sq ft

        Shop floor- level 4 $2.00 sq ft  

All work must be agreed upon on invoice for record. Prior to work commencing. The discount reflects work requested or aprox $0.50 sq ft. Prices above are discount rates and subject to change.
